Cancellation Policies

Conference Registrations

A full refund, less a $110 cancellation fee, will be made on any cancellations received by Friday 15 October 2021. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after 18 October, although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Manager.

Conference Sponsorship

Due to the considerable administration associated with this conference, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the full amount will be incurred should confirmed agreements be cancelled. Cancellations after 1 September 2021 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Manager. Cancellation terms apply whether or not payment has been received at the time of cancellation.
